关税相关
1.以目的国产生的关税为准;
2.澳大利亚低于1000澳元物品没有任何税费,高于1000澳元物品会产生关税;
2.国外海关产生关税由收件人支付;
3.派递不成功退回运费同发出运费，如中国海关产生关税由原发件人支付。
澳洲特快小包理赔相关
1.没有上网，按帝国速运的赔偿标准。
2.上网后货提供查询单，按邮局的标准赔偿，最高不超过300元RMB。
禁限寄物品
国际航空禁运的危险物品及国家明令禁止出口货物等。
发货说明
1.必须在帝国速运系统建立订单（录入包裹信息），且在系统中打印地址标签和报关单粘贴在包裹上；
2.尽量不要带其他无关标识，易碎品建议粘贴易碎品的标志；
3.使用英文正确填写订单信息，其中物品名称需要尽量详细，不要以Gift、Sample等词语申报；
4.订单信息可以使用Excel批量上传，或通过API方式建立订单。
